I grew up in a small town, Nanuet (nan-yoo-et), New York just outside the city and flew out to the University of Utah to study biomedical engineering. Outside of the lab, I enjoy developing apps, playing chess, and walking my dog Penny. My goal is to pursue a career in neuroengineering with a research focus on understanding how neurostimulation impacts brain dynamics.

I spent most of my life in Idaho before coming to Utah to attend the U for my bachelor's and master's degrees. In the future, I plan to attend graduate school and study treatments for neurological conditions. I'm especially interested in researching treatments using cell and tissue engineering strategies.

I grew up in Moline, Illinois on the Mississippi River, and came to the University of Utah to study biomedical engineering. Outside of research, I enjoy working as a U-Life mentor, volunteering at UAF Legacy Health, snowboarding, and backpacking. In the future, I would like to pursue an advanced degree in neuroengineering with a research focus on neurodegenerative illnesses.
